I do not know who wrote this but the analogy is so true to many of our lives. Anyone who has called a service line for help with a computer can relate to these 'problems' and 'options'!

Lots of People say, "Well the Bible's just a book." Well first off, that's wrong. The Bible's not just another book.The bible six of six books, forty different people wrote it. Over fifteen hundred years, there's never been a book like that in history. Ever. Does that make it the word of God? No. Just means it's worth considering. 'Cause there's never been a book like this. It gives you some reason to consider it over the others.

I'm a Christian so...
I haven't done any rants in awhile but I feel like I must rant now.
So as you all might know I am a Christian. (You see that under my username so you know my convictions already).
Just because I'm a Christian doesn't mean I'm not credible. People are always saying things like Christians shouldn't judge, Christians aren't tolerable. They say things like "Christians are a bunch of religious, Bible thumping, soup box preaching, fundamentalist, fanatics. Christians should learn some tolerance". Or they think we should just shut up and mind our own business and not vote. WE can vote. WE'RE American citizens too, whether you like it or not.

So I was kinda upset cuz I get so frustrated when I witness to somebody and they don't do a 180 and become a Christian! I try to grow the seed and make them a Christian.
I prayed to God about it, and later while reading 1 Corinthians I found 3:5-9 and realized that God had just answered my prayer.
I'M NOT THE GROWER! I'm the planter and somtimes I'll be the waterer. It's GOD'S JOB to grow the seed. Not mine, not yours, not anybody else's.
I hope this helps those of you who think it's your fault your friends aren't turning around. IT'S NOT! I PROMISE!
